Use of Special Effects with Adobe Photoshop PSE 9
In todays market, my photo buyers are now graphic image buyers.
When editing, I make as many different images as possible with the use of special effects filters. I use several programs, but my main program is Adobe photoshop. I also used the Kodak Easy Share software for the Cartoon fun effect.
