Conjuring a vibration of happiness and love
This mantra doesn’t have any words. It consists of a repeatable feeling. Words and images can be forgotten. Feelings stay with us.
It feels like a sparkly fire that moves through us when we embrace the unknown, the same feeling when we touch someone we love. It bypasses our thoughts and whatever might be on our mind.
With vigorous training and endless practice, we know what to do.
