Being a soveriegn Nation, cannot see how the eminent domain law of another nation has any jurisdiction on native land. That would be like the u.s. offering to buy Mexico and if they refused, then they would just say they owned it. Or better yet, If the native nations offered to buy the u.s. and they refused...then one could claim the u.s. They just want to put in the xl pipeline or claim the minerals.

after Bundy fiasco they are now again trying to take what belongs to the Native Americans... my sister still fights to keep what is her Families Rightful Properties..I do hope people do not remain silent ..
